Gray May

May is Brain Cancer Awareness Month. It's estimated 700,000 Americans are living with a primary brain tumor. We want to take action and raise awareness for more research and funding for brain cancer. Currently, there are only a handful FDA approved drugs to treat brain tumors.

As many of you know, our former CFO, Mike Orchard, lost his battle with brain cancer last year. And to honor him, Sun Com came together to wear Gray, the color of brain cancer awareness, on May 14th. Our team wore Gray for Mike and many others whose lives have been unfairly impacted by Brain Cancer. On this day, the hashtag #IWearGrayForMike was born. It was truly a heartwarming day as we raised awareness from Atlanta, Georgia to Zapata, Texas.
